Editing parameters of the virtual server can be done via Webadmin. To edit the parameters select the “Edit parameters” that you can find in the Services after selecting VPS. Then you can see the parameters with the option to edit them.
Parameters can be changed by selecting Edit parameters option. After you select it, you will see the parameters. You can choose any package (A) or you can choose any custom parameters (B).
After you confirm the increase of the parameters, you will be redirected to the cart where you can confirm the order by selecting “Place order”.
After the order is placed, you need to pay the proforma invoice, that is delivered to your contact e-mail. Parameters can be increased only after the payment is complete and we receive it. In a case you want to change the parameters again and the proforma invoice is already generated, contact our Customer care. Parameters are changed truly after you select “Activate parameters” that will be displayed in the VPS overview.
Note: In the case you downgrade the parameters, new price will be recalculated after the end of the current payment period. You can downgrade only CPU and RAM parameters, decreasing HDD (disk space) is not possible at the moment because of the current file system.
