After the user e-mail filter settings were transferred from WebAdmin to mail clients we implemented simple solution to replicate mail filters set for one mailbox to another. User does not have to set every mailbox manually, it is possible to set filters manually on one mailbox and then copy them to all others.
Warning: When copying filters, all previously used filters on the mailbox are deleted
How to replicate your e-mail filters:
1. Create a filter in the e-mail client with SIEVE support or via RoundCube interface.
2. Log in to WebAdmin
3. In the Services section select your domain
4. Select E-mails in the left menu. Then select Settings -> Mail filters
5. Select mailboxes where you want to copy the filter in “Target mailboxes” field
6. Start the process by selecting Copy.
