This article is about changing nameservers for DK domains. Changing nameservers for a DK domain, unlike other domains, requires confirmation directly with the central DK domain registry.
To change the nameservers for your .DK domain, first log in to your account administration with us.
Proceed to the nameserver settings for your domain, which can be found in the left menu of your domain under DNS > Nameserver. To set the nameservers to the correct values after migration to the new platform, confirm the default settings of websupport NS and click on Set Default.
Our nameserver setup guide can help you with this setup.

After you request a change, an email will be sent to the domain holder’s email address within a few minutes from the .DK registry from the address noreply@punktum.dk with subject Request to change name server.
This email contains your User ID that you will need to log in to the DK Registry website and a link to click on.
When you click on the link, you will be redirected to the DK Registry site where your User ID will be pre-filled and a password is required.

Your account password was sent to you when you registered your domain. If you don’t know it, switch the page in the top right corner to English.

Then click on “Forgotten password?“

On the next page, enter your User ID and the registry will send you a temporary password to log in. After you log in with the temporary password, the registry will prompt you to set a new password.

After setting a new password, you will see a report with information about your domain and a link to confirm the nameserver change in the blue box.

Click on the link and on the next page just click APPROVE to confirm the change.
