Database backups are created once a day and are stored for 14 days. The backup is created mostly during early morning hours. Database backups are available in the WebAdmin under Databases/Backups. To create a database backup on external server (e.g. before migration) we recommend phpMyAdmin or Adminer:
1. Log in to the PhpMyAdmin.
2. In the left menu under the icons select the desired database
3. After its content is loaded select Export tab on the right side of the screen.
4. Select the the tables you want to create backup of. By default all of the tables are selected, so if your are creating a backup of the whole database, make no changes.
5. In the bottom side of the screen select Go
