Enabling/disabling blacklist check

Blacklist protection is enabled by default for all incoming messages. It controls if the sender’s IP is located on public blacklists an therefore labelled as SPAM.

Easiest solution is to wait. IP addresses are usually listed on the blacklist for 1-3 days and then they are removed.

If you wish to receive such e-mails, you can disable blacklist protection in the WebAdmin.

  1. Login to the WebAdmin
  2. Select your domain in the list of services
  3. Select E-mails in the left menu
  4. Then select Domain security in the left menu in E-mails category
  5. Disable “RBL lists”

Warning!
Disabling blacklist check might cause increase in received SPAM messages.
