CSR represents a request for generating certificate at your chosen certificate authority. CSR is necessary to order a certificate.
The final SSL certificate is generated based on the CSR file by the certificate authority. CSR is generated from the KEY and this key is also important later during the installation of the certificate where it need to be included for configuration.
CSR as well as the KEY is possible to generate by filling the form bellow. Only the first field of the form is mandatory. If you do not fill any other field, the additional information will be following:

Location (City) (L): Prague
State (ST): Czech Republic
Country (C): CZ
