In case you wish to change the website template or want to redesign the website from scratch, or just want to keep your website from displaying for a while, you can set everything you need in the settings.
1. Just go to the editor
2. Go to burger menu (3 lines) in the top left and then to Settings
3. In the General tab, scroll down. You can then see the options for working with the page:
Hide page from search results
Here you can check whether or not the page should be loaded by web search bots. By default, the search is enabled and the page is not hidden.
Unpublish the site
If you no longer want to display the site online, you can use this option. The page will no longer be displayed and the message “Oops! Page not published”.
Switch template
Using the template switcher, you can go to the template selector and change the site template. All content will be preserved, only the layout of the first one will change according to the newly selected template.
Reset site
In case you decide to completely redesign your website, you can reset it to its original settings. This will undo any changes to the site and will reactivate the first page setup, which we describe in the article Creating a page for the first time.
