In-depth guide link

If you need to copy a folder on FTP on ours or external servers, you can use our Migrator. All you need to do is fill all required details to connect to the FTP account and select the target directory, where you want to copy your data. After the migration is requested, it will be set for processing. The processing might take some time – in matter of minutes or hours, depending on the system load and size of your website. You can see the progress of the migration in the migration records (page requires refresh to update).

All you need to do is to log in to WebAdmin and select your domain in the Services. In the Web section select Migrator and click Start a new migration. This migrator is to be used to migrate FTP from your original hosting to our servers.

  1. Fill in the address of the original FTP server to FTP server
  2. use login of the original FTP server
  3. use password of the original FTP server
  4. Select directory path on the original FTP server from where you want to copy content
  5. Click on Continue
  6. Select path to director on our server, where you want content to be copied to
  7. Click Start import. The data will be copied to our server 1:1

Note
Please be mindful that migrating data from your original hosting to another does not guarantee the functionality of the website. You need to migrate the database and in most cases also edit the code of the web application itself as well.
