Protection limit for sending e-mails

Due to a protection against sending spam by hackers we have set a limit for sending e-mails. Based on this setting each mailbox (e-mail address) can send 300 mails per hour per mailbox and domain as a whole can send 2000 e-mails per hour.

If one message is addressed to multiple recipients, the total number of the recipients counts to the limit. Messages sent to the recipients of the e-mails managed by Active24 are not added to the limit.

After the limit is exceeded it is not possible to send any more e-mails for the next 60 minutes. Messages sent during this period will not be delivered and it is necessary to send them again after the 60 minute period passes. If you are sending your messages via SMTP, you will receive an error and the message will not be sent. If you are using phpmail() the error is not displayed.

If you require to send all e-mails at once you can use e-mail client with sending in batches or some specialized services. For example:

This limit si set to keep the high standard of our e-mail services. Thank you for understanding.
