In case you are getting an error on your device that the certificate for sending through our SMTP server is pointing to an invalid SSL certificate, the problem may be either in the settings or in the certificate your device is using. The certificate problem often shows up on the send settings on printers.
Check the settings
The first step is to make sure the device is set up correctly. Our server settings for outgoing mail are:
server: smtp.websupport.cz
port: 465
encryption: SSL or SSL/TLS
Also make sure you enter the correct mailbox name (including @vasedomena.cz) and verify that the password is correct. You can change the password if necessary by following these instructions.
Certificate Settings
If the device reports a problem with the certificate and an error that the COMODO root certificate is not up to date, it is possible to download the certificate and update it on the device. The specific settings will depend on your device, so please visit your device vendor’s website or contact their support for detailed instructions.
The certificate we use on our servers can be downloaded from this link: COMODO-RSA-Certification-Authority
