Set MX records with domain at external provider

Even if your domain is registered by an external provider, you can use our e-mail services even without changing the main DNS records.

To direct your e-mail services to us you ONLY need to change the MX records at your DNS administration (company where your main DNS are set to).

What MX record you need to use?

In your registrar administration you need to set following MX records:

  • Value– mx10.active24.eu
  • Priority – 10
  • TTL – 600
  • Value –mx20.active24.eu
  • Priority – 20
  • TTL – 600

For correct outgoing emails, set SPF TXT record with these parameters.

  • Hodnota – v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.websupport.cz ?all
  • TTL – 600
