Editing parameters (exceeding capacity)

If your hosting exceeded its capacity or you need to add other domains to the hosting, you can edit its size. Our WebAdmin allows to change the parameters anytime.

1. Log in to the Webadmin
2. Select the Services section
3. Select the hosting service, where you want to update parameters – you will get to the overview of the services
4. Under the “Main hosting parameters and their usage” you can select the option to Change package.
5. There are all available packages. Select appropriate package.
6. Then just select “Continue to billing details” and then Proceed to payment
7. Parameters of the hosting are increased after the payment

Warning!
The change of parameters of Hosting will take effect after the proforma invoice is paid. Before we receive the payment, you will not be able to use the new space or add additional domains.

Important notice!
Reducing parameters of hosting is not possible. If you would desire such change, please contact our support.
