This error stands for an unspecified notices, that there’s an unknown error on the website and server cannot specify the exact nature of the problem. However it does not mean problem on the server or outage. It just means that there is a problem on the website. Do not fear, we describe how to deal with this situation in this guide.
AS we described above, error 500 is an error on the website, not the server, which means that there is a problem connected with your device or internet connection. This error may occur even if no change has been made on the server prior to the error.
Are you the webmaster?
When you manage your website, see this error and do not know how to solve it, check so called error log of the website, where the error is most often described. Most likely it will be connected with the content management system update, error in .htaccess file, error in the file and directory permissions or in the worst case an attack on the website.
Solution is to restore local or server backup (available for 14 days, we are creating it for you each day). Of course it is possible to restore specific files. Another option is to manually repair the website.
