Login from abroad
Most common problem with e-mail unavailability is login to mailbox from abroad or from VPN. Default settings of the mailbox allow to connect from central Europe countries and some often visited vacation destinations (Croatia, Italy, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, Tunisia).
If you are located outside of these countries and you cannot log in to your e-mail, you do not have the country you’re in listed in the WebAdmin as allowed. You can add this country or completely turn off GeoIP protection as shown in this guide.
Unpaid proforma invoice
Unavailability of your e-mail may be created by deactivating hosing or domain service for the renew of the service had not been paid. Please make sure to log in to the WebAdmin and check if your service has been paid. This information is available in Invoicing.
Incorrect setup of e-mail client
Make sure the settings of your e-mail clients is correct.
Settings of incoming message server is::
- Host: imap.websupport.cz
- Port: 993
- Name: Your e-mail address
- Password: Password to you e-mail address
- Encryption: normal password
Settings of outgoing message server is:
- Host: smtp.websupport.cz
- Port: 465
- Name: Your e-mail address
- Password: Password to you e-mail address
- Encryption: normal password
Quota exceeding – sent messages
Basic settings allows to send 300 e-mails per hour from single e-mail address and 2000 e-mails per hour from domain. After your exceed the quota you will be unable to send e-mails for the next 60 minutes. Any messages sent during this time will not be delivered and it is necessary to send them again afterwards. Therefore it is advised to wait 60 minutes before sending any messages and e-mail will be available again.
