You can easily transfer content of your hosting from an external provider or between your hosting solutions by using our migration tool which is located in the WebAdmin interface.
Guide
- Log in to the WebAdmin
- In the Service tab select your domain you want to transfer your data for.
- Select Web from the left menu. Then select Migrator in the Web section
- Select Start new migration to begin
You will need to enter login details for FTP user for the hosting you want to transfer from and then select destination directory on your hosting with us, where the content will be transfer to.
Required details
- URL Address of the original FTP server
- Username of the original FTP server
- Password of the original FTP server
- Path to original directory on FTP server or local directory on our server
Once you enter all required detail, select Continue to start the data migration
In the next step select the destination folder where the website will be copied to.
Directory structure can be different on our hosting and original hosting. After migration is complete we recommend to check Document root settings
Information
Data are copied to our server 1:1. Data are not deleted, only added to current data.
