Subscription for notification from Status page

Active24 Status page allow you to subscribe to receive notifications from the Status page about published incidents.

Email notification

1. Go to https://status.active24.cz/ and select the option to “Odběr”
2. Enter your e-mail address you want to receive e-mails to.

3. Select if you want to receive messages via email or on Slack

Canceling subscription

1. Follow steps in section “Email notification” above
2. Once you enter the email you will see a button to cancel subscription “Zrušit kompletně odběr”
3. Confirm your choice

Notification via Slack

1. Go to https://status.active24.cz/ and select the option to “Odběr”
2. Enter your email address.
3. Select the option Slack.
4. Click on the Add to Slack
5. Authorize the access of the application to your Slack Workspace
6. Select the Slack channel you want to receive notifications to.
