Guide for beginners
To work with your e-mails you can use one of our e-mail clients. Thanks to these clients you can get to your e-mails straight from your web browser without the need to set up any connection. All you need is username and correct password to your mailbox.
Default addresses for webmail
On our server you can find multiple e-mail clients you can use to work with your electronic messages. Just pick yours:
- https://mail.active24.eu/– This address directs your to main email login page (recommended)
- By default address webmail.yourdomain.tld should work as well but you can create your own “shortcut” to different webmail clients via WebAdmin – go to section Services under Web settings
Note
To log in to your mailbox use your whole e-mail address as username (something@yourdomain.tld) and password to that mailbox.
Login to the webmail is the quickest way of determining that your password is correct.
