Microsoft 365 service provides you with a license to operate an email solution from the Microsoft.
Service management
In the Webadmin interface you will find only the most basic settings – package settings and billing.
Full management of the service is possible from the Microsoft interface, found at:
https://portal.microsoftonline.com/
or
https://portal.azure.com/
There you can find all settings for licenses or mailbox settings for each mailbox.
Add/remove new mailbox
If you want to add or remove any mailbox licenses, please, send us an Authorized request from your account. We will gladly adjust the number of mailboxes as you request.
This action requires granted granular delegated admin permissions.
After adding a new license, you can add new mailbox in the Microsoft interface.
