What are Granular delegated admin permissions?
Granular Delegated Admin Permission (GDAP) is a permission that allows us to manage certain aspects of your services on your behalf, so that we can assist you with service management (e.g. adding or removing licenses).
Without granting this permission, we are unable to help you increase or cancel licenses under your account.
You do not need to worry – this does not compromise the security of your account in any way. We do not gain access to the details of your Microsoft account, nor to mailbox management or their contents.
This is a standard practice among partners who resell Microsoft 365 services. You can find more information here: GDAP FAQ.
How to grant the permission?
To grant Granular Delegated Admin Permissions, simply confirm the link in the email we send to your contact address. This email was delivered when you purchased the service, but it may also have been sent later upon request or during a renewal of permissions.
The authorization email is valid for 90 days only. If you do not grant permissions within 90 days of receiving it, you will see a notification in the admin portal (see screenshot below). To grant permissions afterwards, please contact us with an authorized request so we can send you a new confirmation email.
