Discount in Active24 can be redeemed by discount coupons, ISIC cards or in a form of quantity discounts.
Discount codes
Discount code is a string of at most ten characters that serves for applying discount on some of our services. Discount code can be redeemed when purchasing new services in the store or renewing services in the WebAdmin.
Thanks to the discount code you can receive not only a price reduction for the services but also subscription for a service or increase in the parameters of the service (storage, e-mails, etc.). If you are granted a discount for any of the services our helpdesk or marketing department will send your the discount code via e-mail.
Redeeming discount code
The coupon will be automatically applied to the most expensive appropriate service in the order. For one type of the service only one code can by applied. The redeeming process is as follows:
1. Make an order for the service you have discount coupon for.
2. In the 2. step of the order “CART SUMMARY” select the option Use a coupon.
3. Enter the discount code you received in the e-mail and select +
4. If the redeem was successful the discount will be immediately applied to the appropriate item in the cart and the cost.
5. The discount code is used after the order is completed.
ISIC
ID of active ISIC card can be added straight to the invoice profile after the login to the WebAdmin. Simply select your Username > Billing profiles > Edit.
