This feature allows the service to be extended without the customer having to attend to it. The system will charge the required amount to the customer’s credit or card. If the credit is too low or the card is depleted, the user receives a classic payment request.
Setting up automatic payment via Webadmin
By using this feature, you can significantly save time spent on payment prompts, we will do it for you automatically. The procedure is as follows:
- Log in to WebAdmin
- Click on your account name at the top right
- Click on Automatic Payments in the menu
4. Click Edit for the services where you want to set up automatic renewal
Even for services with automatic payment, a call for payment is created and sent. If automatic payment is set up, the automatic payment will be made 14 days after the pre-invoice is sent.
Setting up via a call for payment
You can also set up automatic payment by credit card via a payment request that has been emailed to your contact email address.
To set up an automatic payment, simply select the Pay option under New Card – Automatic payment on renewal
If you already have a card added to your account, just select it after logging in to your account and tick Turn on automatic payments
