Disk space on the hosting is used to store FTP data (website content), e-mails and databases. In this article we will show you, how to delete some data from each of these to lower the size of the used disk space on your hosting.
Website content – FTP
First of all you need create an FTP account and log in via our webftp manager or via FTP program like FileZilla or Total Commander etc. You can check this guide to help you.
In web webftp you can get to the files you want to delete. You can even select multiple files at once or select a folder and delete it including all its files.

E-mails
To free some space from your emails you can follow one of 3 options:
- deleting emails via webmail, where you can log in to your mailbox. You can select emails you want to delete and select Delete option on the top. To free some disk space you also need to empty bin/trash folder
- deleting emails via email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc…), where you can also select multiple messages at once and delete them. In this case you also need to delete messages from bin/trash.
- deleting mailbox via Webadmin in the Services section > click on email service for your domain > go to section Emails. On the right side click on the 3 dots and select Delete. This will terminate the mailbox as well as delete all the emails in it

Databases
Unwanted databases can be deleted in Webadmin in the Services section > click on email service for your domain > go to section Databases. On the right side you can select 3 dots next to the database you want to delete and select Delete
