In a case your do not remember your password/login to the Webadmin, you can go to WebAdmin and enter your login or contact e-mail and you can issue a new password. On your contact e-mail or phone number you will receive a link to create a new password.
Forgotten login credentials
- If you have forgotten your login details, first step is to restore your login. Login is possible to restore on the first page of login form by clicking on “Forgot your login?” You will receive new login to your contact e-mail or phone number.
2. After you receive your login, you can restore your password the same way. Enter your login on the login form and select Continue. On the next page of the form select “Forgot your password?“.
For using SMS option, you must first have SMS notification enabled under your account.
