Forgot your WebAdmin username or password? You can recover either directly from the login.active24.eu login page.
The recovery process depends on which detail you need to recover.
If you no longer have access to your contact email address or phone number and are looking for the access recovery form, go directly to the Access recovery using the form section.
Forgotten login credentials
If you have forgotten your login details, first step is to restore your login. Login is possible to restore on the first page of login form by clicking on “Forgot your login?” You will receive new login to your contact e-mail or phone number.
After you receive your login, you can restore your password the same way. Enter your login on the login form and select Continue. On the next page of the form select “Forgot your password?“.
For using SMS option, you must first have SMS notification enabled under your account.
Don’t remember your password recovery email?
If you are unable to reset your login/password using the instructions above, you can contact us by phone at (+420) 234 262 053. If you call us from the contact phone number that is listed with your account, we can change the email for your account so that you can then request a password reset.
In case it is not possible to call us or the contact phone number is not working, there is still the possibility to contact us using the form that you can download here.
How to process the form?
Please fill in the form and send it to us. There are two options for sending:
- Option available only for non-Czechia citizens – Send us the form in PDF format to our email helpdesk@active24.eu. To this email, also please attach a photo/scan of some form of ID (ID card, passport etc) so we can verify the account details.
In the case of an account held in the name of the company, please also send an extract from the commercial register where the managing director is listed. - Please send us the form printed and with the certified signature of the account holder or managing director (if the account is in the name of a company). The signature must be certified, e.g. notarized.
