Lost login details

Need to log in and don’t remember your login details? Don’t despair! We have several options for you to regain access to your services.

Don’t remember your login/password?

If you just don’t remember your login or password, you can have it sent to your contact email, i.e. the email that is set up for your account.

How to have your password or login reset can be found in the Forgot Password/Login guide.

Don’t remember your password recovery email?

If you are unable to reset your login/password using the instructions above, you can contact us by phone at (+420) 234 262 053. If you call us from the contact phone number that is listed with your account, we can change the email for your account so that you can then request a password reset.

In case it is not possible to call us or the contact phone number is not working, there is still the possibility to contact us using the form that you can download here.

How to process the form?

Please fill in the form and send it to us. There are two options for sending:

  1. (Option available only for non-Czechia citizens) Send us the form in PDF format to our email helpdesk@active24.eu. This message has to be sent from one of the emails under account. Please, also send us a photo/scan of some form of ID (ID card, passport etc) so we can verify the account details.
    In the case of an account held in the name of the company, please also send an extract from the commercial register where the managing director is listed.
  2. Please send us the form printed and with the certified signature of the account holder or managing director (if the account is in the name of a company). The signature must be certified, e.g. notarized.
    In the case of an account held in the name of the company, please also send an extract from the commercial register where the managing director is listed.

Please ensure that the information is correct and legible, especially if you are filling in the form manually.

We cannot accept the form in any other form than the above!
