Invoicing process

In this guide you will learn how the invoicing works in Active24, how do we send invoices, how long are they due and what is the process after generating proforma invoice.

Proforma invoices are generated automatically 14 days before the service expires and are sent to an e-mail address located on your user profile. It is also called contact e-mail. In the system you can define a separate invoicing profile for specific service and choose an invoicing e-mail according to this guide.

Keep your contact and/or invoicing e-mail up to date. If your invoicing is handled by a different person, make sure the invoices will be delivered to the correct e-mail address listed in the invoicing profile.

28 days before the end of the service, a payment request is generated with a due date of 14 days. In case you forget to pay it, you will receive a notification one week before the expiry of the service that the call is overdue. If you do not respond to the notice, you will receive another notice on the expiry date of the service.

If you still do not make the payment, the service will be deactivated after 7 days. In this state, you can still activate it again without any problems. However, if we do not receive your payment even one week after deactivation, a notification will be sent to your contact email to start the deletion process and the service will be deleted.
