The “Recall” feature in the Outlook Client

This feature is available only if you are using the Microsoft Outlook application or the Outlook.com website, and both you and your recipients are using Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 – see Microsoft – recall function.

This means that if you have your mailbox connected to our service via standard IMAP or POP3 protocols, this feature will not work properly and may result in duplicate e-mails or error messages.

If this situation occurs, please remain calm and follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the mailbox/profile from the Outlook client (if you are using the POP3 protocol, we recommend backing up the contents first)

2. Change the mailbox password via the administration panel

3. Contact our Customer Support regarding this issue, providing sufficient details (mailbox name, date/time when the issue began)

4. Our team will resolve the issue directly with the administrators and completely stop the duplicate messages/deliveries.

5. Once you receive confirmation that the issue has been resolved on our end, simply add the mailbox back to your device and you can continue using it as usual.

These steps must be performed in this exact order. If not, the duplication may occur again, and you will have to repeat the process.
