To connect with secure SSH protocol you can use any SFTP client e.g. WinSCP.
How to connect via WinSCP
- Fill the field Host with your server address – typically yourdomain.tld, or alternatively a specific IP of your server noted in the FTP account details
- Leave port number at 22
- Fill the Username with your FTP account username. You can change it in the administration.
- Fill in the password of your FTP account
- Select Transfer protocol as SFTP in the dropdown menu
- To finish select Log in
- After the login is complete select Connection in the top menu and save your current connection by selecting Save connection – in the future connection you won’t need to enter your login credentials again. Access to already saved connections is trough Connections -> Saved connections.
- To disconnect from the server select Disconnect in the top menu
