Login password to the WebAdmin can be changed in the user profile. To make this change you will need your current password.
Login password change
- Select your Username in the top menu
2. Select Personal settings
3. Select Security and Login in the left menu
3. To prevent mistakes enter old password and new password twice
4. Confirm changes with Continue
In a case you do not know the current password to the WebAdmin, you can go to the https://admin.active24.cz and enter your login or contact e-mail and generate new password. You will receive a link on your contact e-mail that will let you generate new password.
Login without password
You can log in to your account with ease and quickly without the need to enter password. You can activate on your account a Passwordless login via biometric or hardware key.
- Select Personal settings
- In the left menu select Security and login
- You can Setup Passwordless login
- Follow the instructions
After you finish the guide, you will be able to log in via biometric or hardware key.
